This is another shopping venue in KL. This is an area with street vendors in the old Indian quarter (the area near Masjid India, the Indian Mosque). It used to be there all the time, and it is patronised mostly by locals, not tourists, but the roofing, decoration and signs are new. It was just an outdoor shopping area when I was there a few years ago.
